Shipping times

How long it takes for your package to arrive depends on where you live and the local postage service. We aim to ship all order within 5 working days. International shipping will take longer than domestic shipping.

Shipping times can vary by location but generally can be between 5 days and 2 weeks. If you suspect your package has been lost in the post, please contact us at anime4keeps@gmail.com.

Potential Delays

Unfortunately, delays happen. While we try our best to mitigate them, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause a delay. We will endeavour to keep you updated with why your order was delayed, how long by and what we can do to help. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by country. Japan is domestic and therefore the only free option which does not have tracking and not recommended. There is standard shipping and heavy item shipping.

Internationally, shipping is split into 2. Standard and heavy. These are flat rate shipping options. If your country is not available as an option, we can only apologise. We are constantly working to add more countries to our list!

Shipping Method 

Items sent abroad will be tracked with Japan Post via airmail. These generally require a signature but are also passed onto local postal services, such as FedEx, Parcel Force or Royal Mail. 

Domestic shipping is Japan Post.
